Shipping Policy
At Jam N’ Jewels, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Weekly, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to dispatched within 48 hours after the order is placed on normal business days. Customized items take about 7-10 business days to be made.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Custom International delivery usually takes about 15-20 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 7 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
PLEASE NOT : ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ( PICK UP & SHIPPING). Anything ordered can not be refunded unless there was a mistake on behalf of Jam N’ Jewels.
BROKEN ITEMS : If you received your item & it was broken please let us know as soon as possible. If you don’t let us know as soon as possible we are not responsible for the broke item.
